Project Manager, Olympic Modular Buildings supplied to the Greek and Australia Olympics!! (Foodservice & Healthservice) - Gloucestershire, Circa 40K+
Project Manager
An experience Project Manager is required by our client who is a niche support services company designing, providing and maintaining specialist facilities for major foodservice & healthcare providers on a global scale. They are a dynamic and exciting business employing over 100 people within their Foodservice and Healthcare divisions. Since 1985, they have completed thousands of projects ranging from provision of the world`s largest restaurant for the Sydney Olympic Games to building fast track surgical centres across the UK.
Additionally, as Europe`s leading supplier of Portable Kitchens and Commercial Catering Equipment for hire, with over 500 Portable Kitchens in the UK hire fleet and over 8,000 items of catering equipment instantly available. Our client`s Portable Kitchens are used throughout the UK and Europe to provide instant temporary catering facilities for emergencies, refurbishments and events. Our client also supply containerised kitchens to military forces and remote sites worldwide.
You will be responsible for the successful implementation of bespoke design and build modular building projects from inception and initial enquiry through to client handover. Projects may be either Medical or Catering and in it envisaged that you will have an understanding on one or more of the following: Operating Theatre Services, Modular Building, Mechanical & Electrical Services and General Project Management. You will adopt a hands-on approach, identifying and fulfilling tender requirements in order to successfully deliver the end product within agreed timescales, within budget and to the required quality standard. You will be flexible, commercially aware and able to apply your own experience, and that of others to achieve project goals and able to think laterally and readily adapt to changing requirements. You will be familiar with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project software packages.
